Natalie Helen Consulting, Inc. (NHCI) was established in 2014 as the need for boutique, accessible a la carte recruitment services became more pronounced. In the year or so following, the consultancy grew to include management consulting aspects and further special projects. As it stands today, NHCI employs a network of seasoned consultants across the United States. The primary focus is to foster successful employee growth and absorption for our clients, but often our projects will still travel outside this immediate scope.
